Ok, I absolutely LOVE this idea!!

 

My wonderful friends threw us a Couple’s  Cocktail party this past weekend, in celebration of our upcoming nuptials.  Every thing was so nice, down to the smallest of details.

 

The theme was “Fall in Love” and the tables were decorated beautifully with gorgeous candlesticks, leaves, glittered pumpkins, and photos.  (More pictures to come in upcoming post.)

 

However, my favorite thing about the shower was this thumbprint tree sign-in for guests.  It was so clever and unique.  It’s very personal and it’s something David and I will be able to keep in our home, probably on the photo wall I made recently.

 

The hostess made this on a large canvas, and set it on the entry table of the clubhouse, where guests entered.  Friends took turns using the green and blue ink pads to make their thumbprint leaf on the tree, signing their name next to it.

 

This is an easy DIY idea for any party or wedding!
